About Me
I am Yi Long (ιΎζ― ), a PhD student in Urban Mobility at Tongji University. I joined the program in September 2025 and am advised by Shaozhi Hong.
My research examines how the built environment shapes travel behavior, with particular interests in agent-based modeling, applied machine learning, and resilience-oriented urban analysis.

Research Interests
- Built environment and travel behavior: I study how neighborhood form, accessibility, and surrounding facilities shape daily travel decisions through machine learning and agent-based modeling.
- Travel behavior resilience under disasters: I use large-scale data to examine how travelers respond to disruptive events and how adaptive strategies vary across groups and contexts.
- Built environment, EV charging infrastructure, and urban energy resilience: I explore how planning, mobility systems, and charging infrastructure can be coordinated to support low-carbon and resilient urban development.
